Beskrivelse
Renthal's Twinring™ rear sprocket utilizes a unique two-piece design to offer the best of both worlds: lightweight performance and exceptional durability. The inner ring is machined from Renthal's high-strength Ultralight™ 7075 T-6 aluminum, keeping weight to a minimum. The outer ring is constructed from electro-less nickel-coated steel, providing superior wear resistance and extending the sprocket's lifespan. The outer ring is thermally fitted to the inner core at 200°C, creating an incredibly strong and permanent bond further reinforced by a wave pattern. Flat socket head screws provide additional strength, protecting against side impacts and preventing contact with the chain guide. Self-cleaning mud grooves between each tooth prevent dirt buildup, reducing chainwheel wear and keeping weight down. Expect this Renthal 520-50T sprocket to outlast standard aluminum sprockets by up to three times while maintaining a weight advantage over all-steel designs.
