Beskrivelse

Renthal's Twinring™ Rear Sprocket features a unique construction that blends lightweight aluminum with robust steel. The inner ring is crafted from high-strength Ultralight™ 7075-T6 aluminum, the same material used in Renthal's renowned standard sprockets. This ensures minimal weight and optimal power transfer. The outer ring is made from electro-less nickel-coated steel, providing ultimate durability and resistance to wear. Designed with the minimum amount of material necessary, the steel ring keeps weight down while maximizing strength. The outer ring is thermally fitted to the inner ring at 200°C, creating a permanent bond with a wave pattern that ensures lasting reliability. Flat socket head screws further enhance the chainwheel's resistance to side impacts and prevent contact with the chain guide. Self-cleaning mud grooves between each tooth prevent dirt build-up, reducing chainwheel wear and maintaining optimal performance. This sprocket is engineered to outlast a standard all-aluminum sprocket by up to three times, while remaining significantly lighter than an all-steel rear sprocket.
