The Progressive Suspension 494 Sport Series Shocks are engineered for performance and durability. Featuring a high-pressure gas monotube design and deflective disc damping, these shocks provide consistent damping and fade-free performance. The lightweight aluminum body reduces unsprung weight, enhancing responsiveness. Adjustable rebound damping allows you to fine-tune the ride to your specific preferences and riding conditions. Preload adjustments can be made by hand, simplifying customization. The progressive rate coil spring absorbs small bumps while providing support for larger impacts. A jounce bumper with a built-in cap protects against bottoming out. Designed for heavy-duty applications, these shocks utilize both standard and bearing bushings for enhanced durability and performance.
