The Progressive Suspension 465 Series Shock utilizes a high-pressure gas monotube design to deliver exceptional damping and consistent performance. The five-position rebound adjustment allows you to fine-tune the suspension to match your riding style and road conditions. A threaded shock body provides a wide range of adjustment for preload and sag, ensuring optimal setup for various rider weights and loads. Constructed with a hard anodized aluminum body and components, this shock offers excellent durability and corrosion resistance. The 46 mm bore and deflective disc piston provide precise and consistent damping, while the 16 mm hard chrome shaft rides on custom viton seals for low friction and leak-free reliability. Each shock is custom-tuned with specific damping and spring rates for the Softail fitment. This model also has a height adjustment with standard and lowering capabilities of 1.00". Designed for heavy-duty applications, these shocks are recommended for bikes operating near the manufacturer’s maximum load rating over 50% of the time.
