The convex mirror surface is precision-cut using diamond tools and treated with a plasma coating for resistance to oxidation, corrosion, and abrasion. The mirror body and arm are CNC-milled from solid aluminum and anodized for a premium finish. The precise ball joint ensures smooth and stable adjustments.
