The Moto-Master Fusion sprocket features a special hardened and nickel-coated steel outer ring that lasts up to three times longer than a conventional aluminum sprocket. This robust outer ring is permanently interlocked with an aircraft-grade 7075-T6 aluminum carrier using a specialized heat-shrink procedure. The aluminum carrier is CAD designed, CNC machined, and laser-cut for precision and optimal weight reduction, resulting in a sprocket that is 50% lighter than a standard steel sprocket. The carrier is also color anodized for enhanced durability and a sleek appearance, ensuring that your bike not only performs better but also looks great.
