Beskrivelse
The Moose Offroad Front Sprocket is meticulously machined from high-tensile strength, impact, and wear-resistant chromoly steel to minimize deformation and ensure long-lasting performance. Inner splines are broached to provide maximum spline-to-countershaft contact, effectively distributing driveline forces over a larger surface area. This reduces stress and wear on both the sprocket and your motorcycle's countershaft. The sprocket is then heat-treated and finished with a nickel coating, enhancing its corrosion resistance and lubricity. Each sprocket undergoes rigorous quality checks using a Computer Measurement Machine (CMM) to guarantee it precisely matches OEM design specifications.
