Beskrivelse
The Moose Offroad Front Sprocket is precision-machined from high tensile strength chromoly steel to resist impact, wear, and deformation. Its inner splines are broached to maximize contact with the countershaft, effectively distributing driveline forces across a larger surface area. This design minimizes stress and enhances the longevity of both the sprocket and the countershaft. The sprocket undergoes heat treatment and receives a nickel coating, providing exceptional corrosion resistance and lubricity. Each sprocket is quality-checked using a Computer Measurement Machine (CMM) to ensure precise adherence to OEM design specifications, guaranteeing a perfect fit and optimal performance. Available for a range of applications including Two Wheel Dirt, ADV, and ATV.
