Beskrivelse
The Moose Offroad Front Sprocket is meticulously crafted from high tensile strength, impact, and wear-resistant chromoly steel to minimize deformation and provide long-lasting performance. Inner splines are broached to maximize spline-to-countershaft contact, effectively distributing driveline forces across the largest possible surface area. This design enhances power transfer and reduces wear on both the sprocket and the countershaft. The sprocket undergoes a precise heat-treating process, followed by a nickel coating for exceptional corrosion resistance and lubricity. Each sprocket is rigorously quality checked using a Computer Measurement Machine (CMM) to guarantee it matches OEM design specifications, ensuring a precise fit and optimal performance. Available for Two Wheel Dirt, ADV, and ATV applications, this countershaft sprocket offers a significant upgrade in reliability and performance compared to stock sprockets.
