Beskrivelse
The Moose Offroad Front Sprocket is meticulously crafted from high-tensile strength chromoly steel to withstand significant impact and wear, minimizing deformation even under extreme stress. Inner splines are broached, maximizing the contact area between the sprocket and countershaft, which effectively distributes driveline forces across the largest possible surface. This enhances power delivery and extends the lifespan of both the sprocket and your motorcycle's countershaft. The sprocket undergoes a precise heat-treating process, followed by a nickel coating, which provides exceptional corrosion resistance and lubricity. Each sprocket is quality checked using a Computer Measurement Machine (CMM) to guarantee it matches OEM design specifications, ensuring a precise fit and reliable performance.
