Beskrivelse
The Moose Offroad Front Sprocket is meticulously machined from high tensile strength, impact, and wear-resistant chromoly steel to minimize deformation, ensuring long-lasting performance. Its inner splines are broached to maximize spline-to-countershaft contact, effectively distributing driveline forces over a large surface area. This design optimizes power transfer and reduces wear. The sprocket is heat-treated for enhanced strength and finished with a nickel coating to provide excellent corrosion resistance and lubricity. Each sprocket undergoes rigorous quality checks using a Computer Measurement Machine (CMM) to guarantee that it precisely matches OEM design specifications.
