Beskrivelse
The Moose Offroad Front Sprocket is meticulously engineered to withstand the rigors of aggressive riding. Machined from high-tensile strength chromoly steel, this 12-tooth sprocket minimizes deformation under heavy loads. The inner splines are broached to ensure maximum contact with the countershaft, effectively distributing driveline forces over a larger surface area. Heat treatment enhances the steel's hardness and wear resistance, while a nickel coating provides excellent corrosion resistance and lubricity. Each sprocket undergoes rigorous quality checks using a Computer Measurement Machine (CMM) to guarantee precise adherence to OEM design specifications. Compatible with various applications including Two Wheel Dirt, ADV, and ATV models using a 520 chain.
