The spring rate is laser-etched for easy identification. Manufactured to DIN2095 grade 1 standards, these springs undergo a rigorous multi-stage process, including cold-coiling, heat-treating, tempering, shot-peening, grinding of the ends, and polishing to ensure reduced friction and optimal performance. The part number is also etched on the end of each spring for easy identification.
