The springs are pre-set and ground to the precise length before being polished, minimizing friction and maximizing smoothness. To guarantee accuracy, the spring rate is laser-etched on the end of each spring. Manufactured to DIN2095 grade 1 standards, these springs deliver superior quality and reliability. The comprehensive process includes cold-coiling, heat-treating, tempering, shot-peening, precision ground ends, and polishing for reduced friction and smoother performance, with the part number etched on the end of the spring for easy identification.
