Beskrivelse
This CV axle features a precision-machined and heat-treated solid chromoly steel center shaft, cages, races, and ball bearings, making it up to 35% stronger than stock axles. Manufactured in a state-of-the-art ISO9001 and TS16949 certified factory, the induction heat-treated joints are packed with high-performance moly grease to ensure smooth operation and longevity. High-strength spring steel retaining clips (where required) and secure stainless steel dust boot clamps provide added security and protection. The axle is fully assembled for easy installation with precision rolled splines and threads, ensuring a perfect fit and reliable performance. Each axle is torture tested to failure to ensure maximum durability.
