This CV axle is engineered with precision-machined and heat-treated solid chromoly steel components, including the center shaft, cages, races, and ball bearings, resulting in up to 35% greater strength compared to OEM axles. Manufactured in a state-of-the-art ISO9001 and TS16949 certified factory, this axle features induction heat-treated joints packed with high-performance moly grease for enhanced lubrication and reduced wear. Designed to excel in the most demanding environments, the axle incorporates high-strength spring steel retaining clips (where required) and secure stainless steel dust boot clamps to keep contaminants out.
