The Moose Offroad CV Axle is engineered for superior performance and durability. Manufactured in an ISO9001 and TS16949 certified factory, each axle features a precision-machined and heat-treated solid chromoly steel center shaft, cages, races, and ball bearings, resulting in a component up to 35% stronger than stock axles. Induction heat-treated joints packed with high-performance moly grease ensure smooth operation and long-lasting reliability, even under the most demanding conditions. High-strength spring steel retaining clips (where required) and secure stainless steel dust boot clamps further enhance the axle's robustness. Precision rolled splines and threads ensure a perfect fit and optimal power transfer.
