Beskrivelse
The Moose Offroad Front Sprocket is precision-machined from high-tensile strength chromoly steel to minimize deformation under heavy loads. Inner splines are broached to maximize contact with the countershaft, effectively distributing driveline forces across a larger surface area. This reduces stress and wear, increasing the lifespan of both the sprocket and the countershaft. The sprocket is heat-treated for enhanced hardness and then finished with a nickel coating, providing excellent corrosion resistance and improved lubricity, ensuring smooth chain engagement and reduced friction. Each sprocket undergoes rigorous quality control using a Computer Measurement Machine (CMM) to guarantee that it meets exacting OEM design specifications.
