The Kibblewhite Tensilite® valve is CNC machined from a one-piece forging of premium 6AL4V titanium alloy, or 6-2-4-2 titanium alloy. This construction provides exceptional strength and reduces valve weight, improving engine response and reducing stress on valve train components. The valve is finished with a CrN PVD coating, known for its low coefficient of friction and resistance to impact, abrasion, and corrosion.
