A specialized German infusion process penetrates the valve to a depth of 0.002", with a surface build-up of 0.0002", significantly improving wear properties and reducing friction. This innovative treatment provides superior corrosion and wear resistance compared to traditional chrome and nickel electrolysis plating. Each valve is designed using Finite Element Analysis (F.E.A) software, with profiles rigorously tested on a computerized flow bench, guaranteeing precision and performance.
