Beskrivelse

The Kibblewhite Black Diamond™ Engine Valve is CNC machined from one-piece forgings of EV8 Stainless Steel, ensuring exceptional strength and reliability. The lightweight design and optimized profiles provide excellent flow characteristics, maximizing engine performance. A special German infusion process penetrates the valve to a depth of 0.002", with a surface buildup of 0.0002", enhancing wear properties, reducing friction, and delivering superior corrosion and wear resistance compared to chrome and nickel electrolysis plating. Each valve is designed using Finite Element Analysis (F.E.A) software, and profiles are rigorously tested on a computerized flow bench to guarantee optimal performance. The stems are coated with black nitroneg to further reduce friction and improve wear resistance.
