Beskrivelse

The Kibblewhite Black Diamond™ Engine Valve is CNC machined from a one-piece forging of EV8 Stainless Steel, offering a lightweight yet strong design. Its profiles are engineered to provide excellent flow characteristics, maximizing engine performance. The valve undergoes a special German infusion process, penetrating to a depth of 0.002" with a surface build-up of 0.0002". This unique treatment enhances wear properties, reduces friction, and provides superior resistance to corrosion and wear compared to traditional chrome and nickel electrolysis plating. Each valve is designed using Finite Element Analysis (F.E.A) software, and profiles are rigorously tested on a computerized flow bench to ensure optimal performance. The stems are coated with black nitroneg for enhanced durability and reduced friction. This intake valve provides improved flow and reliability for your engine.
