Beskrivelse

The Black Diamond™ valves are CNC machined from one-piece forgings of EV8 Stainless Steel, ensuring lightweight strength and exceptional flow characteristics. A special German infusion process enhances the valve's surface to a depth of 0.002", with a surface build-up of 0.0002", improving wear properties and reducing friction. This advanced treatment provides superior resistance to corrosion and wear compared to traditional chrome and nickel electrolysis plating. Each valve's design is validated using Finite Element Analysis (F.E.A) software, and its profile is rigorously tested on a computerized flow bench to maximize performance. The stems are coated with black nitroneg for enhanced lubricity and wear resistance, contributing to a longer lifespan and smoother operation.
