Beskrivelse

The Kibblewhite Black Diamond™ Engine Valve is CNC machined from a one-piece forging of EV8 Stainless Steel, delivering exceptional strength and lightweight performance. Its meticulously designed profile optimizes flow characteristics, maximizing engine efficiency. The valve undergoes a specialized German infusion process, penetrating to a depth of 0.002" with a 0.0002" surface buildup. This infusion enhances wear properties, minimizes friction, and provides outstanding resistance to corrosion and wear, surpassing traditional chrome and nickel electrolysis plating. Each valve design is validated using Finite Element Analysis (F.E.A) software, and profiles are rigorously tested on a computerized flow bench to guarantee peak performance. The stems are coated with black nitroneg for reduced friction and increased durability. Proudly made in the USA, this valve represents the pinnacle of quality and performance.
