Beskrivelse

Kibblewhite Black Diamond™ valves are CNC machined from one-piece forgings of EV8 Stainless Steel, providing a lightweight yet incredibly strong construction. The valve profiles are designed for excellent flow characteristics, maximizing engine performance. A special German infusion process enhances the valve's surface to a depth of 0.002", improving wear properties and reducing friction. This unique treatment provides superior resistance to corrosion and wear compared to traditional chrome and nickel electrolysis plating. Each valve undergoes rigorous design and testing using Finite Element Analysis (F.E.A) software and computerized flow bench testing. The stems are coated with black nitroneg for enhanced durability. Made in the USA, these valves represent the pinnacle of performance and reliability.
