Beskrivelse

The Kibblewhite Black Diamond™ Engine Valve is CNC machined from one-piece forgings of EV8 Stainless Steel, ensuring lightweight strength and exceptional flow characteristics. A special German infusion process penetrates the valve to a depth of 0.002" with a surface build-up of 0.0002", significantly improving wear properties, reducing friction, and providing superior resistance to corrosion and wear compared to chrome and nickel electrolysis plating. Each valve is meticulously designed using Finite Element Analysis (F.E.A) software, and its profiles are rigorously tested on a computerized flow bench to ensure optimal performance. The stems are coated with black nitroneg for added durability and reduced friction. Made in the USA, this intake valve with a 36.00 mm head diameter, 5.50 mm stem diameter and a tulip angle of 20° guarantees enhanced engine performance.
