The Demon Heavy-Duty Complete Axle is designed to eliminate binding and maximize power transfer. Featuring CV joints that are 10%-15% larger than standard joints and a shaft diameter increased by 15%-20% over OEM axles, this axle delivers unmatched durability. The dual heat-treated, high-strength chromoly steel shafts and 4340 chromoly inner cage ensure exceptional resistance to torsional stress and impact. Thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) boots, packed with high-load molybdenum grease, provide superior protection and lubrication, extending the life of the axle.
