Beskrivelse
The Demon Heavy-Duty Axle is designed to overcome the limitations of OEM axles, offering significant improvements in both strength and articulation. Featuring wide articulation angles and a dual plunge design, this axle prevents binding, even when used with 2", 3", 4", and 5" bracket lifts, portal gear lifts, or specific a-arm brands. The CV joint size is increased by 10%-15% compared to regular joints, and the diameter is increased by 15%-20% compared to OEM axles. Constructed with dual heat-treated, high-strength chromoly steel shafts, this axle ensures maximum durability. The thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) boots are packed with high-load molybdenum grease, offering superior protection and longevity. The inner cage is made from 4340 chromoly material and precision CNC machined for exact fitment and optimal performance.
