The Demon Heavy-Duty Axle is built to handle the toughest terrains and high-performance modifications. Featuring wide articulation angles and a dual plunge design, this axle prevents binding, even with significant suspension travel. Its compatibility with 2", 3", 4", and 5" bracket lifts, portal gear lifts, and specific A-arms makes it a versatile choice for customized builds. The CV joints are enhanced with a 10%-15% increase in size compared to standard joints, while the axle diameter sees a 15%-20% increase over OEM specifications. Constructed with dual heat-treated, high-strength chromoly steel shafts and durable thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) boots packed with high-load molybdenum grease, this axle is designed for maximum durability and smooth operation. The inner cage is precision CNC machined from 4340 chromoly material, further enhancing its robustness.
