The Demon Heavy-Duty Axle is built to handle extreme articulation angles, featuring a dual plunge design that eliminates binding. Compatible with 2", 3", 4", and 5" bracket lifts, portal gear lifts, and select A-arms. Compared to standard joints, the CV joint size is increased by 10% - 15%, and the diameter is increased by 15% - 20% compared to OEM axles, offering greater durability and power transfer. Manufactured with dual heat-treated, high-strength chromoly steel shafts and thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) boots packed with high-load molybdenum grease, this axle is designed to endure.
