Beskrivelse

The Demon Heavy-Duty Axle features a dual plunge design that prevents binding, even at wide articulation angles. This axle is compatible with 2", 3", 4", and 5" bracket lifts, portal gear lifts, and a-arms from various brands, offering versatile fitment options. The CV joints are 10%-15% larger than standard joints, while the axle diameter is increased by 15%-20% compared to OEM axles, providing significantly improved strength and longevity. Constructed with dual heat-treated, high-strength chromoly steel shafts and 4340 chromoly inner cage material, this axle is built to endure the toughest challenges. The thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) boots, packed with high-load molybdenum grease, ensure optimal lubrication and protection against wear. Each axle is precision CNC machined to exacting standards, guaranteeing a perfect fit and reliable performance.
