Beskrivelse
This Demon axle boasts wide articulation angles and a dual plunge design, effectively preventing binding, especially when used with 2", 3", 4", and 5" bracket lifts, portal gear lifts, or specific A-arm brands. The CV joint size is increased by 10%–15% compared to regular joints, and the axle diameter is increased by 15%–20% compared to OEM axles, providing a significant boost in strength and reliability. Constructed with dual heat-treated, high-strength chromoly steel shafts and thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) boots packed with high-load molybdenum grease, this axle is built to withstand extreme conditions. The inner cage is made of 4340 chromoly material and is precision CNC machined for optimal fit and performance. The Demon heavy-duty axle ensures long-lasting durability and smooth operation.
