The Demon Complete Heavy-Duty Axle delivers exceptional performance and durability for your ATV or UTV. Featuring wide articulation angles and a dual plunge design, this axle prevents binding, even under extreme conditions. Its robust construction includes dual heat-treated high-strength chromoly steel shafts, providing a 15%-20% increase in diameter compared to OEM axles. The CV joints are also enhanced, boasting a 10%-15% increase in size compared to regular joints. Thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) boots, packed with high-load molybdenum grease, protect the axle from the elements and ensure long-lasting lubrication. The inner cage, crafted from 4340 chromoly material and precision CNC machined, further enhances the axle's strength and reliability. This axle is compatible with 2", 3", 4", and 5" bracket lifts, portal gear lifts, and A-arms of particular brands, offering versatility for customized setups.
