The Demon Heavy-Duty Axle is meticulously crafted to handle extreme articulation angles, thanks to its innovative dual plunge design that prevents binding. Featuring a robust construction, this complete axle boasts a 10%-15% increase in CV joint size and a 15%-20% increase in diameter compared to OEM axles, providing a significant boost in overall strength. The axle is compatible with 2", 3", 4", and 5" bracket lifts, portal gear lifts, and A-arms from leading brands. Dual heat-treated, high-strength chromoly steel shafts ensure exceptional resistance to twisting and breaking. Encased in thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) boots packed with high-load molybdenum grease, the axle offers superior protection against the elements and continuous smooth operation. The inner cage is constructed from 4340 chromoly material, further enhancing its ruggedness and reliability.
