The Demon Complete Heavy-Duty Axle offers a significant performance boost over OEM axles, thanks to its robust construction and advanced design. Featuring a 15%-20% increase in diameter compared to OEM axles and a 10%-15% increase in CV joint size, this axle is built to handle extreme stress and torque. Its wide articulation angles and dual plunge design prevent binding, ensuring smooth and efficient power transfer. Compatible with 2", 3", 4", and 5" bracket lifts, portal gear lifts, and A-arms of specific brands, this axle provides versatile installation options. Each axle is precision CNC machined and dual heat treated for maximum strength and longevity. The thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) boots, packed with high-load molybdenum grease, offer excellent protection against wear and tear.
