The Demon Complete Heavy-Duty Axle is meticulously crafted to exceed OEM standards, offering a substantial increase in strength and longevity. Featuring wider articulation angles and a dual plunge design, this axle prevents binding, ensuring smooth and consistent power delivery. The CV joints are 10%-15% larger than regular joints, and the axle diameter is increased by 15%-20% compared to OEM axles, providing enhanced strength and resilience. Constructed with dual heat-treated high-strength chromoly steel shafts and a 4340 chromoly inner cage, this axle is built to last. The thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) boots are packed with high-load molybdenum grease, providing exceptional protection and lubrication. Precision CNC machining ensures exacting tolerances and perfect fitment. Compatible with 2", 3", 4", and 5" bracket lifts, portal gear lifts, and A-arms of particular brands, this heavy-duty axle offers versatility and enhanced performance.
