Beskrivelse
The Demon Complete Heavy-Duty Axle is engineered to withstand the rigors of aggressive riding. Featuring wide articulation angles and a dual plunge design, this axle prevents binding, even under extreme suspension travel. Its robust construction includes heat-treated chromoly steel shafts, providing exceptional durability and resistance to breakage. The axle's CV joints are 10%-15% larger than standard joints, and the axle diameter is increased by 15%-20% compared to OEM axles, resulting in increased strength and longevity. Thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) boots, packed with high-load molybdenum grease, protect the joints from contaminants and ensure smooth operation. The inner cage, crafted from 4340 chromoly material and precision CNC machined, further enhances the axle's overall performance. This axle is compatible with 2", 3", 4", and 5" bracket lifts, portal gear lifts, and A-arms from various brands, offering versatile fitment options for modified vehicles.
