The Dakota Digital MVX Series analog gauge system combines a 140 mph speedometer, 8,000 rpm tachometer, odometer, and dual resettable trip meters into a single, sleek unit. It includes a comprehensive set of indicator lights for turn signal, high beam, neutral, and low oil pressure. For '99-'03 models, enjoy seven user-selectable colors for the pointer, backlight, and LCD message center (red, green, blue, teal, magenta, amber, or white). Newer '11-'22 models boast an impressive 31 user-selectable colors for the same customizable elements. The system also offers resettable miles to service with a user-settable warning countdown, an hour meter, a clock function, and a voltage readout with a low-voltage alert. A seven-speed gear position indicator, compatible with 3- to 7-speed transmissions, is included for enhanced awareness. Furthermore, the system can perform performance calculations such as 0-60 time, top speed, peak rpm recall, and 1/4 mile time and speed.

Vigtigt at vide

Installation requires cut/splice wiring; it is not a direct plug-in gauge. An oil pressure sending unit is required if the bike is not equipped with a factory sender unit and is sold separately (part #s 2212-0513 or DS-250019). Cylinder head temperature sensor requires factory sender unit.
