The Biltwell 1" Handlebar is constructed from seamless, thick-walled 0.120" (3 mm) 4130 chromoly steel, ensuring superior strength and longevity. Precision mandrel-bent tubing provides accurate alignment and comfortable ergonomics, enhancing your riding experience. The handlebar features milled slots on the bar ends and clamping area for clean internal wire routing, keeping your controls tidy. A notched and internally tapered right-side bar end readily accepts the Harley Throttle-By-Wire (TBW) control module, providing seamless integration. Furthermore, an injection-molded, reinforced nylon plug in the bar end works with cable throttles and can be easily removed for TBW compatibility.
