Crafted from seamless, thick-walled 0.120" (3 mm) 4130 chromoly, the Biltwell 1" Handlebar offers exceptional strength and durability. Precision mandrel-bent tubing ensures accurate alignment and comfortable ergonomics, reducing rider fatigue. The handlebar features milled slots on the bar ends and clamping area, facilitating clean internal wire routing for a streamlined appearance. The notched and internally tapered right-side bar end is specifically designed to accept Harley-Davidson Throttle-By-Wire (TBW) control modules, providing seamless integration. Precision mitered, TIG welded tube joints guarantee structural integrity and long-lasting performance. The injection-molded, reinforced nylon plug in the bar end on the throttle side is compatible with select stock and aftermarket single- and dual-cable throttles, and can be easily removed for TBW applications. The 1" clamping diameter ensures compatibility with a wide range of motorcycles.
