The Akrapovic Frame Protection Bar is constructed from a sandblasted 25 mm titanium tube, offering high strength and corrosion resistance, while achieving approximately 40% weight savings compared to comparable steel versions. Precision TIG welding and laser-cut, finely machined 8 mm flanges ensure a perfect fit and exceptional strength. This frame protection bar integrates seamlessly with the bike’s existing components, providing mounting points for additional bags, fog lights, or spotlights. Through extensive testing and deformation analyses, the highly stable construction is partially fixed to the chassis to effectively distribute impact forces throughout the bars. The 2.5 mm thick carbon fiber protection elements add structural strength and can be easily replaced if damaged. Finished with an engraved Akrapovic logo, this protection bar combines functionality with a premium aesthetic.
